Bobby Starks has a professional background focused on renewables, development, and commodities — giving her a unique blend of industry insight in energy, financing, and market cycles.

In her career, Bobby has worked with renewable-energy projects and commodity development. While her previous roles emphasize energy and development rather than strictly power-equipment ITAD or data-center infrastructure, her familiarity with market dynamics, asset valuation, and sustainability-focused sectors gives her a valuable perspective for complex infrastructure lifecycles.

In working with Jaylan Solutions, Bobby brings that broader energy-market and commodity-cycle sensitivity to help the company navigate secondary markets, sustainability requirements, and value recovery in critical-power assets. Her background supports Jaylan’s evolving mission to not just manage equipment lifecycle, but to align asset disposition, redeployment, and sourcing with energy trends, compliance, and long-term value optimization.

She hopes to help Jaylan become a go-to resource for clients looking to manage and redeploy critical-power infrastructure in a way that acknowledges broader energy trends, regulatory shifts, and long-term value — rather than simply transactional asset disposal.

Mission

Under Bobby’s influence, Jaylan Solutions is committed to:

Applying renewable-energy and commodity-market sensibilities to power-asset sourcing, disposition, and resale — helping clients unlock long-term value rather than just short-term returns.

Evaluating critical-power infrastructure not only for functionality, but for market and sustainability context — supporting clients who care about compliance, environmental impact, and regulatory alignment.

Bringing a broad-market, strategic mindset to asset lifecycle decisions — offering clients insight into when to retire, redeploy, or resell infrastructure based on market conditions and energy trends.

Positioning Jaylan Solutions as more than a supply chain partner – a market-aware advisor for clients managing critical power systems in dynamic energy and regulatory environments.

Bobby’s background in renewables, development, and commodities adds a distinctive dimension to Jaylan’s leadership — one that supports not only infrastructure execution, but strategic, long-term thinking about the value, timing, and impact of power-asset life cycles.
